Serruria florida
A close relative to the protea, this is a South African native that loves to grow in our Australian climate; it has ivory and pale pink blooms with soft, peachy centres and beautiful needle-like foliage. The flowers are cup-shaped with petals that feel papery and dry incredibly well. The stems are sturdy when dry, making them perfect for for vases and arrangements as well as for wreaths.
You cannot go wrong with these neutral textures and versatile tones. They have a classy and romantic way about them with their soft, creamy colours... so much so that their name comes from their ever-popular use in bridal bouquets.
All of my bouquets are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and natural twine, making them the sweetest and most thoughtful gift that will last forever! If this is for a loved one, please leave me a note before checking out so that I can add in a special message with your order.
