Lathers odoratus 'Little Sweetheart'

As sweet as a Sweet Pea could be, these are cool season flowers and so they are a must for your autumn sowings.  This unique variety is fantastic because they are short in stature.  Sweet Peas usually climb really high and can be tricky to constantly manage and tie up, so this if a fun alternative.

These sweeties will grow to just 30-40cm and that means they will also work wonderfully in pots; place three or four bamboo stakes around your seedlings, tie the tops together to make a little teepee, and they should be able to look after themselves and bloom straight through spring. 

This packet includes a rainbow of colours, including lilac, pink, white.  Sow seeds in punnets or direct, sow close to the surface and take care not to over water.
