Gypsophila paniculata
There are both annual and perennial forms of baby's breath, annuals being more delicate with smaller stems and flowers. This is the perennial form, ever popular as a fresh and dried flower, with its long, sturdy stems and white pom pom blooms, each made up of thick whorls of tiny petals.
Airy, branching stems make baby's breath a perfect filler flower for bouquets, wreaths and creative arrangements. Beautiful bunches like these also make a lovely statement on their own, as a simple and classic bouquet to fill a vase in your home or to gift to a loved one. I have even seen minimalistic weddings with all-baby's-breath florals.
