These adorable cosmos are short and sweet and a perfect addition to any garden. They are easy to grow and low maintenance because they don't require staking the way most cosmos do. They will self seed on their own and reappear year after year. Cosmos are a cottage garden classic, they are the most gorgeous cut-flower and they are a pollinator magnet as well. Along with sweet alyssum, I love to have these bright white flowers sprinkled throughout my garden because I think it helps tie everything together. White flowers also catch so much light that they seem to glow, especially in the evening and at night.
- Cosmos are wonderful for pressing. If you find a little one, try pressing the whole plant, roots and all. They are small and flat enough and their ferny foliage works beautifully in pressed flower art.
- If you have any questions about sowing and growing your seeds, please feel free to get in touch with me. Every seed I sell I grow myself so I am always here for you at any step along the way.
