This unique piece of pottery has been lovingly designed in collaboration with Janette and is incredibly special to me. It has been modelled off a vintage ceramic jug that belonged to Robbie’s grandmother, Nancye. Years ago she gifted the jug to us and I have been admiring it and filling it with my flowers ever since. I love it so much that I wanted something similar for the shop, as it is also a lovely size for my small or medium sized bouquets and bunches.

The terracotta earthenware base is gorgeous and darkens slightly where it meets the country white glaze, a stunning contrast and a little nod to my passion for terracotta flower pots. This would sit proudly in any home and looks particularly gorgeous on a kitchen bench. I do also use mine for steaming milk for two coffees, {or two hot chocolates for the kids} but it can also be used for sauces, dressings and drinks.

I like to think that whatever home these end up in, they will be cherished for a lifetime and perhaps passed down as the inspiring piece from Nancye was passed down to us. {The last photo is of the original.}
