Gomphrena globosa
Bright, joyful bunches of naturally dried gomphrena, also known as globe amaranth.
These sweet and crispy pom poms remind me of summertime fields of wild clover; they are cheerful little flowers and they retain their shape and colour perfectly, making them a classic flower for drying and a beautiful supporting flower in everlasting arrangements and wreaths.
- Bunches are a medium size and measure approximately L 30cm x W 15cm; they are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and twine and are beautifully presented with flower care instructions included.
- Flowers are completely natural, always locally grown and naturally dried by hand in my home studio. They will last for years with a bit of care, but can ultimately be home composted.
- Branching stems may vary in height. Please note that the stems are semi sturdy, meaning that some may be suitable for vases and some may not; I don't see that as a defect in a flower, it simply means that they should be enjoyed in a creative way. I love seeing these flowers hung up along hooks, from a branch, or Flower Hanger. They are also ideal for using in wreaths, flower crowns, garlands, and flower clouds.
