Thick sheets of beautiful, handmade paper, seeded with native wildflowers. This is such a gorgeous texture for using either within your press, or for creative projects and herbarium work. You can attach pressed flowers with small pieces of tape or with a very tiny bit of glue. These can then be framed in A5 sized frames or simply tacked up on the wall in a collage.
I like to add the name of the flower and the date it was collected, but you can add additional information, such as the memory of that day, {maybe you collected the flowers on a special holiday} or botanical details of the flower such as size, colour, and form; you could also include the scientific name.
- Thick, textured, handmade paper is seeded with Australian native swan river daisies. To grow flowers, cut the paper into smaller pieces and place them in a tray of seed starter mix and then sprinkle a bit more soil on top. Keep moist until the seeds have sprouted. Transplant that strongest sprouts into your garden when they are large enough to handle.
